Organic Chemistry (for non-Chemistry B.Sc. students)
Course Description
- Course headlines
Chapters 1-10, 12, 14-16 of the textbook. Some parts of these chapters and some reactions will be neglected (notified during the class)
- Goal
Student should learn fundamentals of organic chemistry, nomenclature, useful reactions, mechanisms and applications of organic compounds. All problems should be solved to obtain the best results. All evaluations will be the same as textbook problems and class notes
- Scores
- Midterm (chapters 1-6): 9 points
- Final exam (chapters 7 to end): 9 points
- Class activity, homework, and discipline: 2 points and more!
